Here is the pudding or whatever they say about the proof being in it. Chris Brown is topping the charts once again….and again. Even the Europeans know that Chris Brown is blowing up the charts here in the states. So, what is next when you are number one on the Billboard Hot 100 for three weeks in a row? I guess 4 weeks in a row.
